TEST DRIVE #003

TEST DRIVE #003
( 0 0 1 ) » WAKE UP
Were you asleep or were you unconscious? It doesn't matter: when you come to, there's an odd taste in your mouth and there's a low-level mechanical hum in the air. Your head hurts and you feel nauseous. You aren't anywhere you know: everything around you is metal, from the floor you lie on all the way to the ceiling. You are dressed in a jumpsuit you definitely weren't wearing before.
"We tried to save the world. I think— I think we did the opposite."
The message repeats on a loop. If you look for its source, you find a comms device on the floor next to you. The logo on its wallpaper says REVERIE TERMINAL. Upon closer inspection, you find the same logo on your jumpsuit.
Welcome to your new home. What choice do you have but to explore your surroundings?
( 0 0 1 . 1 ) » WAKE UP WHERE?When you wake up, you assume you’re on solid ground. It would be what makes the most sense, right? But it doesn’t explain the floating sensation you feel, which is sort of comfortable - until you come out of the daze, only to realize that you’re in space. You can see a space station, huge and imposing, not so far away, but you’re in a spacesuit, slowly moving away from it.
Uh-oh. That doesn’t seem very good. Luckily, it looks like you have a functioning radio… Maybe someone will come rescue you?

( 0 0 2 ) » OBSERVATION DECK
There were no windows in the corridor you woke up in and no windows in any of the crew quarters you might have checked for occupants — but there are plenty of windows on the uppermost level of the station, deck 1. In fact, there are windows from floor to ceiling all along the circumference of the station's circular deck, and it's possible to walk along it all. What it shows is a strange solar system you've never seen before and a planet that might resemble one you know, but certainly isn't the same.
You're in space. You don't know where you are beyond that. Neither does anyone else.

( 0 0 3 ) » BAR
On deck 3, you find the bar. Tucked away from the crew quarters, it's dimly lit, there are bar stools thrown down on the floor and what looks like some very old drink spills, crusty and dark against the bar top. But there is alcohol here, or at least, what you think is alcohol, in bottles with faded labels, most of them indecipherable. Take a drink, get drunk, start a fight, or start a party? You're stuck on this station, might as well make the most of it, right?

( 0 0 4 ) » SICK SICK SICK
At first, it feels like the flu. A fever, some sweats, a dry cough, aching muscles. And then it gets worse. For a while, you’re not sure what it is, but suddenly your hand just goes through a wall, and when you look down, your whole body seems pale, translucent, like you’re being erased.
It comes and goes. Don’t get trapped in the walls or the floor! That’s never a good time.

( 0 0 5 ) » NETWORK
The comms device you found next to you when waking up connects to a station-wide network, REVERIE NET. You have the option to post video, voice or text messages.
What will you share?

( 0 0 6 ) » WILDCARD
The station features a variety of locations, from sleeping quarters free for the claiming to a dirty swimming pool and a bar that still holds alcohol (though some of the bottles seem to have been opened a while ago).
Go wild, but don't wreck the place. It's your home for the foreseeable future, after all.
Navigation.
As a quick note, there are currently 19 spots open before the game hits cap.

Adam | Nier: Automata
[You know, Adam didn't think machines had afterlives. Afterlives in general sounded like something that humans made up in order to not fear death as much. Lies they told themselves, flights of fancy. Imagination was another aspect of humanity that he didn't understand, but it was hard to ponder that as he looked out on the stars from the observation deck, searching his database for any information that might be relevant.]
No, wrong planet. [Wrong planet? Right, it wasn't Earth. There were too many factors that are off. Adam's train of thought comes crashing to a halt when he hears the approach of a person, then turning to look at them curiously.]
How odd. This isn't the human moon-base, I'm assuming. The structure wouldn't make sense.
[After all, his new device had a map there! It seemed to be a free-floating space station of some sort. Reverie Terminal, if the logos here meant anything.]
ro[B]ots don't drink
[Well, they COULD drink, but why would they?
Adam has since deemed his jumpsuit Too Unfashionable, and has opted to go without it, and so is exploring the bar buck naked. Thankfully, he's like a Ken Doll down there, but like. That's not going to change the fact that it's odd to see a Completely Naked guy rifling through the bar as if he is looking for something. And he was!
He could make something out of the jumpsuit that might suit his tastes, but he's thinking that this place was useless for it.]
This room seems to be a combination of recreational room and storage for glass bottles. Signs point to the glass bottles having once been filled with some kind of fermented liquid. [He still knew so little about humanity. What would be the use of such a thing?]
Nothing here is usable in fabricating garments.
reveal your se[C]rets- Network; Video
[So, Adam has managed to make himself something acceptable, despite only having a horrendous grey-green fabric to work with, and so now he's at least dressed as he addresses the network! It's not a great view though, as he was smeared with blood and held in a hand a scalpel.]
What a primitive method of contact. [He sneers a little at it. But it can't be helped! Humans were unable to interact with each other the way that machines did. And yet he can't help but feel lowered for having to use such a thing.]
Anyway, I was wondering. From my admittedly limited understanding of humans, I was lead to believe that they... die. Die only the one time, and then they are essentially nonfunctioning from that point on.
So, were we wrong? [He looks genuinely distressed as he turns the camera to face a victim(it can be anyone), whose chest cavity was cut open, but was already sealing itself up as they come back to life.]
This is making it very difficult for me to perform my studies.
C!
Completely dead and gone. No back-ups. Not really. A chore to replace, happens all the time. Working on making it better, less dying at least--was working on it, could have had something, was so close, but then this. This horrid interruption.
[Tyl Regor has been here for several hours and has still not calmed down. It's unlikely he ever will.
But fortunately for his mood, he is easily distracted. As soon as he sees the cadaver, how it's knitting back together, he's forgotten most of his anger. He leans in closer, the yellow lenses taking up most of the screen.]
But humans don't do that! [Oooh, he is interested now!] Looks like a human, it's got all the parts, no cybernetics, but acts almost Infested!
I want to see. Where is it? Tell me.

Tyl Regor | Warframe
Again. Again! Filthy lizards, how dare they! Breaking, contaminating everything! His Tubemen, his tomb, his favorite set of hands! Organs, too, several of them. Definitely several. There had been pain. So much pain, more parts to repair and replace. Goodbye, kidney, ungrateful little creature.
And he still hurt. But he was awake now, wasn't he? Yes. Yes, he could smell things, dreams didn't do that. But what he smelled was wrong. Not his lab. Not lesser labs, not even a butcher's block on some stinking galleon. Couldn't describe it. Maybe Corpus? Why? How? He couldn't see. Was he blind? Who did this?
Oh. His faceplate was askew. He reached up with an elbow to fix it, but found instead that he had hands. His hands. Good!
But not. This wasn't a Corpus ship either. The wrong metal, the wrong lights. The right hum, but it was through the deck, not whining from the little engines of Ospreys, the poxy, proxy metal flies--
"We tried to save the world. I think— I think we did the opposite."
"Who is there?" No one answered. That wasn't going to stop him. "Someone rude. Awful, nasty behavior. Take me from my work, my progress," He pushed himself up--Ngh, his head! Nauseous, but clear-eyed, could remember things, probably no brain damage. "Tenno leeches wriggling through my home and you bring me here!" His feet tik-tik-tiked across the floor as he paced. "Unacceptable. Unbelievable. So who? Not Tenno, not their Lotus, pseudo-Tenno doesn't care. Not Corpus. Perrin peaceniks? Hexus bores? Maybe. Why? Why the capture, why the limbs, who would be idiot enough to--"
"We tried to save the world. I think— I think we did the opposite."
"Don't interrupt!" That's it. He was breaking down the walls and leaving. Goodbye.
Oh. The door wasn't locked. Hm.
Tik-tik-tik down the empty corridor, looking for something to accost for this transgression.
004.
Sick! Place must be crawling with new diseases, his poor beleagured lymphocytes had no idea what to do with them. Learn faster! Kill the invaders! If nothing else, a Grineer's body should be compitent at that.
And sick in his mask, too, the coughing echoed loudly through the voice filters, fogged up his lenses. Could barely see. Well. He knew which direction to walk, in any case.
So he doesn't quite notice when he walks straight through a wall. Where has he ended up? He certainly doesn't know!
005.
[A bone-white faceplate and unequal yellow lenses, framed by blue and gunmetal. Might be human, two eyes, at least two arms, none of it sitting still. A deep, resonant voice filters through the mask from an unseen mouth, slow and deliberate, rising and falling in an almost sing-song tone.]
So. A little tin can, out in space. Collecting all the flotsam it can find.
[The words come faster, more staccato as he goes.]
Dirty. Grimy. Primitive. Using spin gravity! Not even the oldest, most decrepit ship in the fleet would spin like this. Would barely be worth notice. Not important.
Except.
I am now here. And someone will tell me why.

Not that the Operator wouldn’t try again, if they had the opportunity. Unfortunately, trapped as they are in this fragile form, direct confrontation would be unwise. No, the only advantage this body has is anonymity—an anonymity that, for the first time, might allow them to communicate directly with their foe.]
None of them know why. We all woke up here, without an explanation.
[They had no mouth with which to speak before and thus no voice with which to be recognized, aside from the occasional roars and screams of their Warframes. Certainly, the soft, youthful voice they speak in now would be the last anyone would associate with the fearsome warrior Tenno. The charade pleases them.]

Shaak Ti | Star Wars
This is no time to let her thoughts dwell on where she had just been as she realized that she was not where she was supposed to be. A message played beside her and she reached for the device, inspecting it.
The jumpsuit was definitely new.
She took a deep breath as she closed her eyes once more, trying to center herself as she slowly reached out with the Force. She felt- but no, a sound nearby distracted her as she opened her eyes once more, tilting her head.]
There is no reason to be afraid.
002.
[It was clear that this was not Republic space- at least nowhere that she was familiar with. She placed her hands on the rail as she leaned forward. Was it too late? Had everything been lost? The screams and sound of blaster fire echoed in a loop in her mind, over and over.
She knew that she hadn't had long to do what had to be done but now she was here, far away from the Jedi Temple. She couldn't lose hope- there had to be a reason that she was here instead of Coruscant, the Force worked in strange ways sometimes.
She brought her mind back to the present, centering herself in the present with determination.]
wildcard.
[come walk on the wildside with me.]
» 002
It comes as a surprise when she finds not one of the many humans on the station, but a Togruta. Stepping up to the rail, Padmé stays silent for the moment, not wishing to disturb them. ]

With all that in mind, he ends up seeking out the presence anyways, soon finding himself on the observation deck. For a moment, from behind... he thinks... But a closer look at the figure's montrals makes it obvious that's not the case. Still, might as well say hi and introduce himself, or that's what he was planning on before he trips over his robes. Whoever runs this station giving him actual Jedi robes was nice and all, but he's never actually worn them before so...

But it only takes a moment to realize that he's not sensing someone strong in the dark side. And then she speaks, and it's a voice out of the dim recesses of childhood memory. Gives him a shock, and he sputters a little, suddenly feeling like a youngling again. ]
Uh... I'm not - well, you startled me, is all. ...Master Ti.
[ He drags the name from some corner of his memory. He'd known most of the great masters by sight as a youngling, and had met many of them at least once at the temple on Coruscant - most of them did the rounds instructing the children, even during the war. Of course, she has no reason to remember him. Even if he looked anything like what he did as a child, which he doesn't. ]

Anakin Skywalker | Star Wars
[The last thing Anakin remembered were the dreams. Vivid, terrible dreams. He woke up with a jerk, but this isn't where he belonged. Confusion struck his mind like massive waves. This isn't the room he went to sleep in, in fact it wasn't a room at all. And Padme! Where is Padme?!
Her absence was the most disturbing to him. Especially after those awful dreams. He could almost hear Obi-Wan's lecturing tone in the back of his head, telling him to calm down. That was probably the only thing that kept him from immediately taking off down the corridor in search. He needed to focus himself and figure out what is going on. His clothes were different. And his lightsaber--
Ah! How could that be missing as well? -- While this wasn't the first time he's lost it or it's gotten destroyed -- that happens more often than he cares to admit ... He had a really bad feeling being without it right now.
The message repeating also did not help his state of mind. He grabbed the device on the floor and rushed around a corner probably a bit too fast.]
2 - Observation Deck
[In his search he stumbled upon the observation deck. Now Anakin had spent a great deal of time in space, traveling across the galaxy to various planets. He could
usually recognize some planets by sight. The ones he saw here, however? They were different. His mind briefly drifted around to possible places in the galaxy he could be.
One thing was certain though.]
This is no where near Coruscant.
3 - Bar
[If Anakin had learned anything important from Obi-Wan it was that most information can be found in cantinas or other places where people drink. People who drink too much talk. And people who don't are still usually among the lowest of the low and won't care if someone loses an arm during a talk.
So if anything, Anakin could probably find someone and beat the information out of them -- er, aggressively negotiate the information. That was the plan anyway.
And his plans usually work.
Sometimes.
So he busted through the doors of the bar like he knew exactly what he was doing.]
4 - Wildcard.

The man who enters the bar with such gusto isn't anyone she's seen here before, and she turns slightly in her seat at the bar to better observe the new arrival. Mystique | X-Men Movies (Original Trilogy)
[The cold hard floor is the first thing that filters into her awareness, reptilian yellow eyes fluttering open, blurred a little at first but quickly sharpening as the bare blue figure sprawled on the floor starts to stir. This was not the corridor she had been walking down and certainly was not Langley. The jumpsuit makes her think prison, but if so how did she not remember being brought here? The nausea and headaches, leftover from a tranquilliser perhaps and what is that message endessly playing on loop?
Yellow eyes narrow in a mixture of anger and confusion, the coldness of metal against her hand making her notice the device lying next to her. A communicator of some sort, what kind of jail provided the inmates with a means of communication? Before pondering that further she needed to clear her head.
The scales covering her body lift in a slithering ripple as she forces a change through her form, trying to reset her cells to eliminate the headache and nausea plaguing her. It helps, so she does it again, scales lifting and washing over her body as she rises to her feet, slightly more unsteadily than normal, beginning to strip off the jumpsuit whoever ran this facility had inflicted on her. Whoever they were, she would make them regret bringing her here.]
1.1. Awake in Space
[Something is wrong. It's a feeling that prickles at the slumbering metamorph's mind, an awareness drawn from her control over her own cells that something is very amiss. Opening her eyes, it takes a moment for her to realise that this isn't anywhere on Earth, the slow spin of her body bringing a planet and nearby space station into view, breaking the blackness of space for a moment before they're again out of view.
Mystique isn't a woman given to panicking, but as that station drifts even further away the instinct wells up for a split second before she clamps firmly down on it, slowing the beating of her heart with a flex of her power. To all problems there's a solution, hers being what looked like a microphone taped to the inside of the helmet. Altering her vocal chords so as to speak with a more human voice, she begins in a tone of (almost) genuine fear.]
Help! Is anyone out there? I'm in a spacesuit and I'm floating away from a station on a vector of forty five degrees off the upper rotational ring. This is an SOS is anyone there...
2. Observation Deck
[Perhaps it's the middle of the night, or maybe this facility is poorly staffed? Either way Mystique isn't objecting as she pads silently through the corridors, searching for a way out. The layout so far had been easy to memorise, an instinctive habit in case she ever needed to retrace her steps. Going by the size and the hum of machinery this place must be underground, perhaps one of the government bunkers that she had no business knowing about, as if they had any secrets from her.
Moving cautiously through a set of doors, stopping to look and listen carefully for possible guards, that theory went out of the window of the large observation gallery in front of her. Not underground then, and not even anywhere near Earth judging by the appearance of the planet below. What was this place?
Eyes darting around the unfamiliar stars, the shock is enough for her guard to lower as she processes the implications, putting this world and the strange message from before together, not realising that she's no longer alone.]
3. Bar
[If she's going to mingle with the other inhabitants of her station it would probably be best to do so in a form less...different than her own. So it is that when the door to the bar opens it isn't a blue skinned mutant that walks through but a beautiful blonde, wearing one of the arrival jumpsuits and looking, naturally more than a little stressed from her first day on the station. This face is much more approachable, not to mention harmless and with a little perseverance and observation she should have the station's inhabitants eating out of the palm of her hand.
What is there here that's strong? I think I need it. [She asks her neighbours with a tired smile, parking herself on a barstool and trying to hold back a manufactured yawn.]
5. Network (Text)
I've just arrived here. From what I'm told I'm trapped here, if so I might as well be useful. I have a very wide range of skills, if you help me understand this place in return we could work out a mutually beneficial repayment.

John Murphy | The 100 (S5 SPOILERS POSSIBLE)
WAKING UP;
[ the divots in the metal floor leave red imprints on murphy's face when he finally pushes himself up, head foggy and memory cloudy, at least on the topic of where he is and why. blinking away whatever bleariness was in his eyes, he scans the hall and immediately knows it isn't the GoSci Ring. Nor is it the bunker, or anywhere else on the ground. No, this is different. This is wrong.
there's others scattered around, and once he pulls himself up, he holds out a hand to help someone else get to their feet, reaching out to their jumpsuit once they're standing, to pull at the shoulder, flattening out the logo to read it - REVERIE TERMINAL. It's then than he notices his own sleeve matches the color of the stranger's jumpsuit perfection. looking down, yep. same logo. so, that's new. ]
Well. [ Murphy starts, somewhat lost for words, but with something like shock, almost bordering on nervous laughter - ] Shit.
[ hahaha THIS IS BAD hahaha fuck. ]
OBSERVATION DECK;
[ That's not Earth, is the first thing that screams through his head as he stands at the observation window, eyes wide as the skim over the vibrant colors on the planet below. Not because he's never seen a planet from this viewpoint, but because it's wrong.
not the Earth Murphy remembers seeing. theirs was a desert husk, practically drained of any life save for that small valley pocket of green. this place is nowhere near the same - it's healthy, and whole. there's green and blue and white, water and vegetation and clouds. seeing such an unmarred planet ought to leave him relieved, after all the pain and death everyone at home had gone through just to survive, but — it doesn't. Those two sentence he'd heard on repeat since waking here echo in his head like distant war drums, gnawing at him, anxiety shuddering up his spin. He mutters out the words to himself: ]
"We tried to save the world. I think we did the opposite." [ Drawing an unsteady breath in, Murphy can feel a hand at his side start to shake, curling his fingers into a fist to try to fight down the fear rising in his throat. ] Where's Earth?
THE BAR;
[ it is possible that john murphy is panicking. thankfully, some kind soul sought to facilitate this by leaving behind alcohol.
or, at least, the appearance of alcohol, by the (old, dirty, gross) bottles scattered around the bar. the state of them doesn't stop murphy from hopping his skinny butt over the bar counter, jumpsuit squeaking a bit as he slides over to the other side, and snatching up the first bottle he finds. which is empty. as is the second, and the third.
the fourth one he bothers to shakes before he opens it, and immediately goes bottoms up. aaaaand, spits it right back out. ]
Son of a bit— [ he sputters, trying to spit the taste out. ] That tastes like ass. Like nightmares and antiseptic and ass.
NETWORK (VOICE);
Testing, testing.
[ he knows the radio is working, he's just being obnoxious. anyway. ]
This is Captain Murphy, paging Spacekru. Come in, Spacekru.
[ a weight pause falls, Murphy hoping any voice he knows chimes in. lets him know he isn't out here, on the ass end of space, completely alone. he's done it before, you know. the alone thing. it's fine, it's just not... great. after a defeated sigh, he speaks up again. ]
And, if they're not around, someone with any idea what the hell's going on works too.
Thanks.

Now he's stuck in a space station he never intended on visiting. He can't really even take in the view because he wants to go home. He still has so much catching up to do. So he misses that very familiar face while he's trying to adjust to his new living situation.]

Obi-Wan Kenobi | Star Wars
[The last Obi-Wan remembered, he'd quite clearly been on a planet. A planet with two bright, blazing suns. Waking up on a ship of any sort isn't what he was expecting, and the message the small wrist-comm is playing is... not at all promising, although it's not a voice he recognizes, so he takes a very small amount of comfort in that. He takes less comfort in the strange suit he's wearing, which appears to be all one piece, and while it doesn't restrict his movements, it is uncomfortable simply because it's not his typical Jedi attire.
Tugging self-consciously at his new clothes, Obi-Wan begins to wander through the corridors, eventually reaching the observation window. He pauses to stare out at the planet, crossing his arms and frowning for a moment at the lack of material covering them.]
Well, this is unexpected.
[He doesn't recognize the planet itself, or its configuration of star and moons, but that doesn't mean much; he may be well-traveled, but he's hardly seen every planet close enough to recognize them on sight. Still, it fills him with disquiet, being completely unable to recognize his surroundings, or how he arrived here. Obi-Wan likes being in control, and this is about as far from it as possible. His mind keeps coming up with questions that he has no answers to.]
How in heaven's name did I get here? [And, more importantly: how does he get back? Not that he particularly wants to return to a life of complete solitude, but he has a duty to perform.]
005. network
[Naturally distrustful of revealing his identity in any way, Obi-Wan fiddles with the comm unit he picked up on waking until he figures out how to send a simple text read-out. Then he stares at the screen in consternation for a moment, trying to think what to say, without revealing too much but still potentially receiving the maximum amount of information from anyone who might respond. If there is anyone around to respond.]
I've arrived on this ship - space station? - and am unaware how. Is there anyone who can tell me what has happened? My name is Ben, and I need to return to where I was.
006. wildcard
[Obi-Wan will naturally wander everywhere accessible, trying to figure out what the kriff is going on. Feel free to bump into him! He has a lot of questions.]
wildcard!
Hey! Slow down!
[But before the source of the voice becomes clear, a white Loth-cat comes charging at him, rushing past him before it decides to instead hide behind his legs. Following shortly after is Ezra, dressed in Jedi robes and clearly a little annoyed at this wild Loth-cat chase. Once the Loth-cat sees him, it rejoins him and starts circling around his legs.]
Okay, so now you're good... [He says with a roll of his eyes before looking to the stranger.] Sorry about th... [Wait. The last time he saw him he was definitely a lot older, but he's also watched Kanan's holocron countless times and this is-] Obi-Wan?!

Nanami Chiaki | Danganronpa 2
[It was taking longer than usual for Nanami to take everything in and process it. She supposed that made sense, after all this was very different from what she had expected, and from everything she knew. Such a setting didnt exist in the Neo World Program, and the other explanation made less sense. But, it wasnt as if she had any other answers.]
Could this be an MMO?
[It would be exciting if it were. Perhaps a real life game! There was one series of oceans and stars she could think of, or even fantasies.]
drops everything and full body slams into this
The observation deck is still his favorite place to spend time on this station, though. More often than not, he can be found either playing his GameGirl Advance or reading some journals on his wrist communicator. Sometimes, he can be found just staring up at the stars, lost in thought.
His GameGirl is in hand as he enters the deck like, well, like normal, dressed in his old high school uniform. The station had seen fit to just drop off two pairs of that, instead of the more formal-looking uniform from the Reserve Course. He's swapped out sneakers for the provided mag-boots after an unfortunate encounter with zero-G, but still. It's normal for him.
But entering the deck itself is when things get decidedly unnormal. His grip slackens on the game system, and while he doesn't drop it, he comes close. Sure, she's not wearing a Hope's Peak uniform, she's wearing the same kind of drab jumpsuit everyone else gets on arrival, but even after months apart, even after how he's spent so much longer on this station than he ever did in the Reserve Course, he could never forget her.]

raven reyes | the 100
[Slowly Raven is pulled to consciousness. She’s drowsy, like when you sleep for far too long or far too little. There’s an odd sensation in her head that is very familiar to her; a feeling of being motionless, weightless even.
As her vision focuses and she stares blankly at the space station in the distance. It’s upside down or rather Raven is floating in space upside down. Immediately her brain panics, thinking that she’s falling and needs to grab onto something. Her arms and legs flail which causes her to drift further away. Her instincts don’t kick in right away because the last thing she remembers is being inside of a space station, the Go-Sci Ring.]
Calm down [, Raven says to herself. She’s not falling (technically yes) but floating through space.
The next thing she does is check herself. Spacesuit is intact, check. Has enough oxygen to somehow get her back to the space station, check. Raven notices a radio integrated into the spacesuit and doesn’t hesitate to speak into it.]
Can anyone hear me? [She pauses before adding,] This is an emergency. [Whoever hears her crackle through the intercom picks up on the urgency in her voice.]
» BAR
[Raven ventures to deck 3, trying to find any semblance of life. Her path leading to deck 3 has been desolate and very lonely. There’s a soft humming of electricity and the lights flicker overhead. Her eyes have adjusted to the dim and flickering lights. It’s been like that throughout her lonely journey.
Even still, Raven speaks out,] Hey, is anyone here? [ She’s hoping someone responds, anyone at this point. She’ll even take someone senile because Raven’s about to lose her cool at any moment.]
[As she goes deeper, her bad leg hits an empty bottle. She doesn’t trip over the damn thing, thankfully. Last thing she needs is to it hurt herself. Up ahead is what looks like a bar. Bar stools tipped over. The glasses on the counter tops are tipped over as well, but some are shattered on the floor. Her attention drifts behind the bar where the alcohol is lined up in bottles. The labels are too faded to make any of it out.
Raven doesn’t care, not at this point so she swipes the nearest bottle to her. Twists open the cap and takes a healthy shot.
At least this was still a lot better than Jasper and Monty’s piss and gasoline.]
» NETWORK
[It takes a little while for Raven to notice it; the comm device that's laying next to her. Cautiously, Raven picks it up. After a quick inspection, she speaks into it]
Hello? [Raven pauses, hopeful that someone is going to respond.] Can someone tell me what the hell is going on here?
