I will do it, absolutely. But I have no desire to kill my father, even if it must be done. And I will regret leaving any of you behind.

There are people I'm fond of here. People I'm frightened that I will never see again. And I wish there would be a way to just... change his mind. But that is impossible.

Sometimes you have to put the good of all before your own self and desires. It shows a great deal of strength in you that you're willing to set aside things you care about to do what you know is right, when you could so easily just give in and do the opposite. You're very commendable, Alucard.
