Instead of being offended, Alucard actually smiles wryly at how Connor approaches the subject of magic. It makes sense, with how influenced by technology he clearly is, and Alucard can't really fault him for focusing on a scientific approach. He'll leave that alone, for the time being.

There also has been presumably hauntings, but I admit these could be holographic displays of some kind, though I don't know where the source would be from. None of us have located it."
