Instead, though Connor is very lifelike in many ways, his tone and pace are meticulous, in a way. Curious, but perhaps deliberate.
Which is strange, with how much Alucard dislikes 9S, who isn't particularly pleasant. Perhaps 9S simply has a different function.
"No one, at the moment," Alucard says wryly. "Though the gravity was temporarily shut off, it took many of us to fix it regardless of species. Anything else appears to be self-regulated, if only because we cannot reach the more important systems, much less the bridge. Many doors are locked, and we've not found a way of breaking through yet."
