He's a little squirrely, this guy, but doesn't seem to be having a panic attack right this instant so Shepard lets it go without comment. His offer is a bit ominous but he looks like would probably have a hernia if she asked him to lift her armor so he's not really an active threat. Shepard stares a second and then gestures in the space between them (which is not much, she comes very close to hitting him with the gesture).

"By all means," she says. "Tell me what I'm missing."
